Live Dashboard
An at-a-glance command centre. Eight real-time KPI cards — total appraisals, collections, deliveries, synced records, in-progress, today's activity, pending jobs and active drivers — sit above live recent-appraisal and recent-job feeds, so you always know where every vehicle is.
Job Board
Raise collection and delivery jobs, assign them to any driver, and track each one through Pending → Accepted → In Progress → Completed. Reallocate to another driver in a click, cancel, or open the linked appraisal — every row colour-coded by status.
Appraisals (POC & POD)
Every condition report in one searchable table that auto-refreshes every 30 seconds. Filter by collection or delivery, search by registration or driver, and watch records sync straight in from the field in real time.
Appraisal Detail
A forensic record of every handover: vehicle details (make, model, VIN, mileage, fuel), photo galleries grouped by area, an interactive damage map with severity levels, captured signatures with timestamps, a documents checklist and an accessories inventory — exported as a branded PDF in one click.
Invoicing
Build professional invoices with inline line items, automatic VAT and payment terms. Track them through Draft → Sent → Paid → Overdue, email them straight to customers, mark them paid, and download a branded PDF. Revenue and outstanding totals update live.
Credit Notes & Statements
Issue credit notes against any invoice with reasons and VAT, and generate account statements for any customer and date range — outstanding, overdue and uninvoiced work summarised, emailed, and exported to PDF.
Drivers & Users
Add admins and drivers, set roles, reset passwords and enable or disable accounts. See each person's last login at a glance, and how many appraisals every driver has completed.
Expenses
Drivers submit expense claims with receipts and GPS location from the mobile app. Review by category — fuel, EV charging, parking, tolls, meals, accommodation — view receipts in a built-in viewer, and approve or reject, with running approved and pending totals.
Multi-tenant Organisations
For resellers and larger operators: manage multiple organisations, each with its own drivers, plan limits, subscription status and activity stats — all from one super-admin view.
